1. Policy Terms

This document outlines the policy used to govern the "bidding contests" offered on jobsisee.com. This policy may change at any time, without notice. Any user wishing to take part is bound by the terms of this policy, and must formally acknowledge their understanding and agreement of this policy prior to registering and placing a bid.

2. Offering

The "contest" enables registered users to "bid" to win advertising solutions on jobsisee.com that have not been previously sold or allocated. The advertising solutions are sold to the general public at a market value, and made available for bidding by date and industry.

The date, or "advertised date" refers to the date which the adverting is to be displayed on jobsisee.com, and is set to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and lasts the full 24 hours. Bidding is opened a set number of days before and closed a set number of days leading up to each advertising date.

The industry is provided as "sub-domain" of jobsisee.com. For example, "aviation.jobsisee.com". Accessing the sub-domain via a web browser has the effect of filtering content on the website, targeting information by industry to a specific subset of users.

The offering may change at any time, without notice in terms of:
i) the names and description of the advertising solution
ii) the actual functionality of the advertising solution when configured
iii) the time interval used to open and close slots
iv) the names used to denote industries

3. Registration

In order to take part, all users are required to register and pay a once off registration fee online. Once registered, the user becomes a "contestant" that is able to place an unlimited number of bids, in an unlimited number of competitions.

4. Use of Credit Card Information

All contestants must provide a valid credit card for the purpose of:
i) paying their initial registration fee, whereby a charge will be made in the presence of the card holder, at the point of registering
ii) paying on winning bids, whereby a charge will be made without the card holder present, so as to provision the advertising solution.

Whenever a charge is made, the card holder will be notified via email, with an invoice confirming the transaction amount and purpose.

jobiseee.com is committed handling credit card data safely and securely, and is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

5. Bidding Process

The bidding process starts from a "minimum value" that is set by jobsisee.com and may vary by solution and change over time. For an initial bid to be accepted, it must be greater than or equal to this value.

Once a bid is accepted, a new "leader" is established that holds this status until a higher bid is made. Subsequent bidding offers must exceed the current leading bid by a minimum of $1.00.

The bidding process ends whenever the the close date or the market value for the contest has been reached.

All bids are "final" meaning:
i) they cannot be retracted by the participant, or removed from the contest
ii) they cannot be passed in, or not honored through the provisioning of the offer

All participants will be notified via email whenever:
i) a new bid is accepted
ii) the market value is reached, and the bidding process frozen for provisioning
iii) the close date for the contest has been reached, and the offering provisioned to the winner

6. Provisioning

Offers are provisioned upon close of the bidding period, or whenever the market value is reached. The close date is set a fixed number of days prior to the advertising date, providing time for the winner to configure the solution for display online.

The winner have provided valid credit card information and agreed for the card to be charged the "winning amount" that was bid. If the credit card transaction fails, the offer will be retracted by the site owner, and made void.

Once an offer is provisioned, the account of the winner is credited with a "Feature" that will not become effective on jobsisee.com until it has been configured and submit for approval by the site owner.
